Bill was admitted as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of South Australia on 4 September 1995 and entered onto the High Court of Australia roll on 31 October 2001.
Bill was employed by the South Australian Government in 1986. Bill has practiced extensively as counsel in the Crown Solicitor’s Office, Attorney General’s Department representing the Government of South Australia before Courts in civil litigation (primarily in workers compensation, personal injury and criminal injuries compensation matters). Prior to work as a Barrister at Ikonomopoulos Legal, Employment and Work Injury Law Chambers in October 2017, Bill held the position of Executive Solicitor within the Civil Litigation Section of the Crown Solicitor’s Office. Bill also has extensive experience in the management and the provision of legal services, particularly, to the Government of South Australia.
